
In her New Year's message, PMT's CEO reflects on the lessons learned in 2025 and shares the company's vision for 2026, focusing on people, innovation, quality, and purposeful growth.
As we begin 2026, we ask ourselves a question that goes far beyond numbers or financial results: what do we want to build as an organization and as individuals? At PMT, we believe that building is more than just erecting infrastructure. It is creating lasting value, trust, and positive impact through engineering, architecture, supervision, and project management.
The year that is now ending has left us with clear lessons. It confirmed that our team is capable of going further than we ever imagined, that technical quality is our best calling card, and that a solid organizational culture is undoubtedly our greatest strategic asset. We have also learned that innovation is not a luxury reserved for the future, but an absolute necessity in the present, and that growth only makes sense when it is guided by purpose, values, and responsibility.
We enter 2026 with ambition, but also with awareness. We will continue to invest in technology and innovation to lead the digital transformation in the engineering and construction sector. We will consistently invest in people, attracting and developing talent, creating conditions for each professional to grow, contribute, and take pride in their work. Quality will continue to be our hallmark in every project we deliver, and people will remain at the center of all decisions, because they are the ones who build our success every day.
2026 is not just about quantitative goals. It is about potential. If we grow 30% in 2025, we believe we can go even further. If we have conquered new challenges, such as our first railway project, we know that others will follow. If we reach the milestone of 100 employees, we face the future with the confidence of those who know that sustained growth is possible when there is vision, teamwork, and culture.
As CEO, I reaffirm the Board's commitment to continue investing in our employees, their training, development, and well-being, while maintaining transparent, approachable, and inspiring leadership. Protecting PMT's culture, supporting teams on a daily basis, and recognizing every achievement, no matter how small, will continue to be a priority.
We move towards 2026 with the same energy, passion, and determination that brought us here, certain that the future is built with people, purpose, and excellence.
