PMT drew up the implementation plan for the renovation of the RTP headquarters buildings in Lisbon, focusing on replacing the exterior glazed openings and renovating the ceramic cladding on the façades. This operation aimed to modernize the building's exterior, improve its energy performance, and enhance user comfort.

With a floor area of 3,875 m² and a maximum facade height of 24.80 m, the building stands out for its characteristic green ceramic cladding that marks its image. The planned intervention included:

➡ Complete replacement of the exterior glazing, ensuring greater thermal efficiency and better energy performance;

➡ Application of an ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) in areas where the ceramic cladding will be removed;

➡ Significant improvements in thermal insulation, interior comfort, and energy sustainability.

The project, carried out by PMT, reinforced technical compliance, the quality of the proposed solution, and risk reduction during the construction phase, contributing to an efficient renovation in line with modern thermal and energy performance requirements.
