The new residential complex at Cidade Universitária represents a decisive step in the modernization of university residences in Portugal, aligning with the demands of comfort, sustainability, and functionality of the 21st century. Comprising three buildings strategically located between the National Library, ULisboa, and ISCTE, the project occupies a site of over three hectares and integrates an architectural complex designed to meet the needs of students and the academic community.

The development includes a large central square, an underground car park with capacity for 500 vehicles, and a strong focus on landscaping. Two gardens—to the north and south—as well as several leisure, rest, and social areas reinforce the complex's integration into the urban space and promote a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

PMT is responsible for supervising the work and coordinating safety on site, ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, deadline, and technical compliance standards.
