PMT was responsible for construction supervision and safety coordination on the project to revitalize the public space in the Navegadores neighborhood. This is a highly significant urban project focused on improving accessibility, infrastructure, and the quality of life for residents.

In this public works project, we ensured strict compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and budget, operating in strict accordance with the Public Contracts Code (CCP) and applicable legislation (Law No. 31/2009).

Our Impact: What We Do in Construction Supervision

As representatives and agents of the Project Owner, we assume full responsibility for the technical, financial, and legal oversight of the project. Our main functions include:

1. Quality Control and Construction Processes

Material Approval: Technical validation of all materials and manufacturing/assembly processes used on-site.

Process Validation: Continuous verification of how the contractor prepares and executes the work.

2. Financial Management and Legal Compliance

Measurements and Reports: Conducting on-site measurements for the approval of measurement reports.

Price Adjustments: Rigorous calculation of price adjustments based on published official indices.

Analysis of errors and omissions: Technical assessment of deviations submitted by the contractor and final preparation of the project accounts.

3. Planning and Deadlines

**Schedule control: Monitoring of the work plan and early analysis of potential causes of delay.

Progress Reports: Daily production of the Progress Log, in addition to weekly and monthly reports and technical notes to support the Project Owner’s decision-making.

Environmental Management

Urban renewal requires extra care for the surrounding area. Our intervention ensured the validation and effectiveness of critical plans:

→ Temporary signage and traffic detours: Verification of signage plans and temporary traffic rerouting to minimize disruption to the neighborhood’s daily routine.

→ Underground infrastructure: Supervision of the restoration of piping, cabling, and their connections to public distribution networks.

→ Environmental sustainability: Strict monitoring of the Construction and Demolition Waste Prevention and Management Plan (PPGRCD), ensuring proper waste disposal.
