PMT was responsible for coordinating safety and supervising the restoration of the facades, exterior pavements, and roofs of the Rectory and Aula Magna building at the University of Lisbon, a property of high institutional and symbolic value.

The intervention focused on fundamental elements of the building's exterior, ensuring its conservation, safety, and durability, as well as maintaining the conditions for the use of academic and cultural spaces.

Within the scope of this contract, PMT's work ensured:

➡ rigorous technical monitoring of the work;

➡ verification of compliance with the project, deadlines, and legal requirements;

➡ coordination of safety on site, with special attention to the protection of workers, users, and visitors;

➡ minimization of risks associated with work on facades and roofs.
