The project aims to remodel floors 1 and 2 of Building II of the Pragal campus of Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP), creating and renovating technical areas necessary for ventilation and air conditioning equipment and refurbishing the existing elevators. The intervention aims to maximize the functional use of the space, facilitating the sharing of information between the various organizational units of IP and their operation, while simultaneously reducing the building's maintenance costs.

PMT is responsible for managing all the safety coordination services for the project, ensuring the correct implementation of the measures recommended in the Health and Safety Plan and its developments, enforcing the measures for direct monitoring of the work, both for the Executing Entity and for the successive chain of subcontractors, as well as actions to monitor safety management.
