PMT was responsible for the Architectural and Specialized Design for the renovation of the São João do Estoril Secondary School, ensuring an integrated approach that combines architecture, engineering, and comprehensive technical solutions.

The scope of the project includes:

➡ Architecture and Landscaping: architectural design with signage and fixed furniture, accessibility plan, streets, pedestrian walkways, and integration with the infrastructure registry;

➡ Structures and Civil Works: stability designs, foundations, demolitions, excavation, and peripheral containment;

➡ Building Installations: water, drainage, gas, HVAC, hot water production, technical fluids, and centralized technical management systems;

➡ Electrical Infrastructure and Telecommunications: public lighting, transformer station, ITED, IT systems, audiovisual, sound, and security;

➡ Safety and Sustainability: fire safety, health and safety plans (PSS), PPGRCD and acoustic conditioning;

➡ Construction Planning and Management: site plan, measurement maps and detailed budget.

This project highlights PMT's ability to deliver integrated engineering and architectural solutions, promoting efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the refurbishment of schools and public buildings in Portugal.
