PMT was involved in the development of the Aparthotel Implementation Project, part of a Social and Tourist Complex to be built in Cobre, Cascais. The project covers a total area of 11,900 m² and includes two distinct and functionally autonomous facilities, integrated into the same condominium: an Aparthotel-type Hotel Unit and a Senior Residence (ERPI).

Hotel Unit – Aparthotel

The Aparthotel occupies the western part of the site and consists of five apartment blocks, connected to a central building where the reception and common services are located.

Each block comprises between 14 and 18 one-bedroom apartments, for a total of 79 units, distributed across buildings with three to four floors above ground.

Senior Residence (ERPI)

The ERPI, located closer to the main entrance to the east, has 100 rooms, organized over 3 floors above ground and 2 basement floors. This unit operates independently, although it shares common facilities with the Aparthotel.

Common infrastructure and outdoor spaces

Both facilities are served by a common basement, with two floors below ground, which houses the technical areas and parking spaces necessary for the complex to function.

The project also includes the creation of outdoor circulation spaces, covered and uncovered seating areas, as well as the redevelopment of the streets to the north and south of the intervention area.

PMT coordination and services

The architectural design is by the ARTRADI studio. PMT was responsible for the execution of all specialties, quality control, project management, and the preparation of the Execution Project.

The adoption of BIM methodology in all specialties allowed for the identification and resolution of collisions during the design phase, minimizing risks and optimizing solutions before the start of construction. The technical coordination provided by PMT contributed to the integrated, efficient, and rigorous management of all phases of the project and the contract.
